Changer is probably a standard Blaupunkt CDC-A08, despite
confusing description. Contact
marked * are not always connected. The
radio is connected with the installation of the car using the CAN
bus. Some radios are
additionally secured control of the CAN modules are connected, if it
does not detect the display will show the message CANCHECK. This
is a very effective protection against the use of another's
property, but it turns out that it is no longer a problem to bypass
the blockade.

Turn on the radio, the display should show '
CANCHECK 'while the set searches for the
vehicles ECU.
If the radio is being installed in its original
vehicle then the set will switch on after a
short while.
However if the set is being installed in a new
vehicle then after ' CANCHECK ' has been
displayed ' CODE ' will appear on display.
Input the code using [ Pre-sets 1-6 ]. To save
use the station pre-set [ >> ].
The set will now operate.
